Having exhausted the necessary three-stage process of attempting to resolve a complaint directly with the company, you now have the right to request Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
The Company should have provided you with a ‘deadlock’ or complaint closure letter stating that the complaint has not been resolved between you and the company. Please ensure that you retain all documents and correspondence (including the ‘deadlock’ letter) between you and the company during the complaint process, providing Pegasus ADR Service with copies.
